Description | The Ksi Lisims LNG project is a large liquefied natural gas export facility located in northern British Columbia, in Nisga'a Nation territory. It consists of two floating platforms designed to process up to 22.4 billion cubic metres of gas per year, exporting 12 million tonnes of LNG annually. The project is powered by electricity from the planned North Coast Transmission Line and sources gas via the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission pipeline. The project aims to start construction in 2025 with operations beginning in late 2028 or 2029, targeting to be net-zero ready by 2030. |
