Finder Energy (ASX:FDR) and joint-venture partner TIMOR GAP are rapidly advancing the Kuda Tasi and Jahal Project within the strategic PSC 19-11 block, moving towards a definitive final investment decision targeted for mid-2026. The joint venture has formally lodged two cornerstone regulatory approvals: the comprehensive field development plan and the statutory environmental impact statement. Operational momentum is accelerating with the issuance of an invitation to tender for shipyard work to redeploy the Petrojarl I FPSO vessel and secured delivery timelines for key long-lead procurement items. The project targets first oil between late 2027 and early 2028, with preparations underway for the 2027 production drilling campaign. Feasibility assessments for future subsea tie-back opportunities are also underway to drive long-term growth.
