The Kutsari project is an initiative by the Mexican government to develop semiconductors in Mexico. It aims to establish the National Semiconductor Design Center and implement design centers in Puebla, Jalisco, and Sonora. The project focuses on strengthening semiconductor design, amending patent laws to accelerate innovation, and expanding semiconductor development across the country. The goal is to reduce Mexico's dependency on imported integrated circuits and strengthen its participation in the global semiconductor supply chain.
