Description	The project aims to ensure environmentally and health-friendly wastewater disposal in the city of Salfeet. The project measures include the installation of a sewage system in the densely populated urban area and in the Ain al Sika spring catchment area, the construction of a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 650 m³/d and facilities for the disposal of wastewater and sewage sludge for agricultural recycling, the protection of local springs and consulting services. It is planned to supplement the investment in property with an accompanying measure for the training of core operating personnel. The local construction company MACC will begin construction of the measures in Q3 2019.
