As announced earlier today by WSP, this investment is tied to the acquisition of Parsons Brinckerhoff Group Inc. ("Parsons Brinckerhoff"), the professional services division of Balfour Beatty plc, an American engineering firm with close to 13,500 employees in 170 offices worldwide.
