Description | The project involves the design, finance, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of a 1,015,000 m² labor city, which aims to provide adequate and affordable housing for 20,000 male, bachelor laborers, as per KM's directions. The term of the PPP agreement with KM will be 40 years including a 3-year construction period.The labor city will consist of several integrated components including residential areas, commercial services, community services, and municipal and utilities services. The Project will be procured as a PPP and will be tendered in accordance with Law No. 116 of 2014, regarding Public Private Partnerships, and its Executive Regulations. |
