Description | The purchase of a new vehicle will enhance the current program by having a reliable van available and it will provide a comfortable ride, thus increasing demand. The new van will have flexible seating capacity which will allow for a variety of seating arrangements to benefit the clients. The flexible seating arrangement will be a welcome feature for the personal care home(s) and supportive housing residents, especially for the residents using wheelchairs. Having an additional vehicle available will reduce the challenges for the dispatcher in ensuring that trip requests are accommodated. |
