The project entails the investment and development of 2 berths with a total length of 900 m (450 m each), capable of accommodating container vessels of up to 18,000 TEUs capacity. The new terminal is expected to become operational by Q1 of 2025. In the initial phase, the facility will have 5 ship-to-shore cranes and 14 rubber-tyre gantry cranes. The project aims to facilitate direct imports and exports between Vietnam's north and European and American markets. |
