Description | Pueblo Parks and Recreation has launched a dredging project at Lake Clara in Mineral Palace Park to remove accumulated sediment, organic muck, and debris that have reduced the lake's depth and impacted its ecosystem. Colorado Parks and Wildlife assisted in relocating the fish before the lake was drained. The lake must dry out thoroughly before cleanup and dredging work can proceed, a process that may take over a year. |
