Description | A new ambulatory surgical center planned on a 2.23-acre property at W238N1670 Busse Road in Pewaukee. The 10,597-square-foot, single-tenant building will be a Medicare-approved ambulatory surgical center offering ophthalmic outpatient surgeries including cataract, retina, oculoplastic surgeries, and various eye surgeries. Construction will be in two phases, resulting in four operating rooms, two treatment rooms, 16 pre-op and recovery stations, a waiting room with 51 seats, and 78 parking spaces including four ADA spaces. The center will operate Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
