Lakeview Drive Apartments Housing Development

under construction

Lakeview Drive Apartments is a new housing development in Goshen aimed at serving vulnerable residents. The project includes seven buildings with nearly 78 units planned by the end of the year. The buildings serve different populations including permanent supportive housing for mental health residents, affordable housing for low-income individuals and families, youth aging out of foster care, and chronically homeless adults aged 55 and older. The project is funded through grants from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and other state and federal sources, with partner agencies assisting residents.
