Description
Description | The Lalitpur Pharma Park in Uttar Pradesh is being connected directly to global shipping routes through a new pact between UPSIDA and JNPA. This project aims to boost pharmaceutical exports by integrating the Dadri-Khurja rail link with the Western and Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors, establishing a multi-modal rail network connecting the park to Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), India's busiest container port. The park covers 1,472 acres and is planned as a modern facility for bulk drugs, APIs, and formulations with advanced infrastructure and waste management systems, expected to attract over ₹12,000 crore in investments and generate significant employment. |
