TheLambayeque Industrial Parkproject involves the development of a modern industrial and logistics hub in Peru's Lambayeque region to attract private investment, diversify the regional economy, and strengthen industrial competitiveness. Under the agreement signed between the Regional Government of Lambayeque and PROINVERSIÓN, the agency will prepare the required technical studies, structure the project under theProjects in Assetsmechanism, design the investment promotion strategy, and lead the process of attracting and selecting private investors. The industrial park is expected to provide serviced land and infrastructure for manufacturing, agro-industrial, logistics, and related businesses, generating skilled employment, enhancing value-added production, and improving the region's connectivity with domestic and international markets. By complementing the area's strong agricultural base—particularly the Olmos irrigation development—the project aims to establish Lambayeque as a major industrial and commercial center in northern Peru while fostering sustainable economic growth and increasing regional competitiveness.
