Description | Mead & Hunt completed engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a landfill gas (LFG)-to-renewable natural gas (RNG) facility at the West Daviess County landfill owned by Redtail Renewables. The facility captures landfill gas and converts it into pipeline-quality RNG, incorporating pressure swing adsorption, compression, dehydration, and thermal oxidizer technologies. It produces up to 1.6 million standard cubic feet per day of RNG transported via a 3.5-mile buried gathering line to a TC Energy pipeline, reducing greenhouse gas emissions significantly. |
