Description | Landmark is a 3,200-acre master-planned community project at Interstate 35W and Robson Ranch Road in Denton, Texas. It is one of the region's largest mixed-use development projects and Denton's first master-planned community. The development will feature 6,000 single-family homes, 3,000 apartments, 900 acres of commercial space including Denton's first H-E-B grocery store, and 1,100 acres of preserved parkland. The first phase includes 747 single-family lots, 600 apartments, and grocery-anchored retail expected to open in 2027. The project aims to add 20,000 to 25,000 residents to Denton over the next two to three decades and is estimated to be valued at $10 billion once complete. |
