Langham Regional Water System

The main objective of this project is to provide the Town of Langham and regional customers with access to safe and reliable drinking water. The Town of Langham’s current water treatment plant is unreliable due to the condition of its treatment equipment, inadequate treatment capacity, distribution pump and emergency pump redundancy. The project involves the construction of the following: • New WTP superstructure; • New potable water reservoir; • New treatment equipment (3 - biological filtration trains, 3-membrane treatment units); • Process Mechanical pipe, fittings and valves • Pumping equipment (3-distribution pumps, 2 - emergency pump, 2-backwash supply pumps, 3- membrane supply pumps); • Building mechanical; and • Electrical, instrumentation and controls.
