Langxi County Wastewater Treatment Plant and Associated Networks

On October 12, 2015, a local private company Anhui Guozhen won a bid to rehabilitate and operate the Langxi County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Langxi County, Anhui Province. The project scope included operation of the existing 1st phase of the plant of 20,000 tons per day, and build and operate the 2nd phase of 20,000 tons per day together with 30 km associated networks. Anhui Guozhen won the work through an open bidding process. The 1st phase was acquired at a price of US$ 21.22 million (RMB 191 million) and the construction cost for the 2nd phase was US$ 6.12 million (RMB 20 million). The concession term was 25 years.
