Description | In June 2015, a local private company Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group signed an agreement with the Lanling County Government to finance, build and operate a solid waste incineration power plant in Lanling County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. The concession term was 30 years. The plant could process 600 tons of solid waste per day. The total investment was US$ 56.29 million (RMB 368 million). Construction commenced in December 2015 and would be completed in 18 months. An SPV Lanling Lanqing Environmental Protection Power Company Limited was established locally to implement the project. Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the project. |
