The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, and equipment necessary to evaluate, test, repair, and re-test 1.5 and larger water meters in the water distribution system. A minimum of a two-person team is required for the work. A one-person crew will not be considered for work due to related safety reasons.
