A $50 million investment by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation into The Living Company's Scape Australia Core Fund to fully electrify up to 20 major student accommodation buildings across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. The project involves removing gas infrastructure and embedding new energy-efficiency technologies to improve comfort and reduce emissions for over 17,000 students. It supports the Government's Built Environment Sector Plan and aligns with the national Net Zero Plan, including advanced metering, insulation upgrades, and a pilot program for load-shifting technologies.
