Description	Latin NCAP initiative is the first comprehensive crash-testing program for Latin America and similar to other NCAP programs that promote vehicle safety such as the ones in the United States and Europe. The Latin NCAP programme seeks to encourage manufacturers to achieve high safety ratings for those vehicles sold in LAC, aiming to provide information for consumers as well as evidence to governments on the need to strengthen vehicle safety regulation.
