Description

Description

Lawrence Square is ready to unveil the redevelopment of its interior in conjunction with its 30th anniversary. Re-named “Lawrence Allen Centre”, the reimagined shopping centre includes dynamic new retail tenants, a modernized interior, fully renovated food court and upgraded amenities, all informed by the Centre’s vision to be the hub of this important and rapidly growing Toronto neighbourhood. With more than 80 stores and services, this urban, mixed-use property has played a prominent role in the area since 1989 and has long been a place for the community to gather. It is home to a wide range of services and some of Canada’s leading retailers including Canadian Tire and, a soon-to-be expanded Fortino’s. In addition to multiple new food service offerings, HomeSense, Marshall’s, Structube and PetSmart embraced the community-focussed vision and recently opened stores in the newly renovated Centre. A full-service BMO (Bank of Montreal) will join the property in 2020.
