The proposed project is the construction of sidewalks and streetscapes in the City of Lawrenceville. Construction of a sidewalks and streetscapes trail along Luckie Street, North on Chestnut Street, East on Highway 29 (aka E. Crogan Street), connecting Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center and Rhodes Jordan Park, utilizing and enhancing the existing sidewalks along this path through the City of Lawrenceville. Transportation Enhancement (TE) funds are limited from Luckie Street/Constitution Boulevard along E. Crogan Street terminating at Atha Street. SPLOST funds are limited from Atha Street along E. Crogan Street terminating into Rhodes Jordan Park and will be implemented as a separate phase before the TE fund section. Road work or number of lanes will not be impacted, most sidewalks will remain the same width, but brick inlay shall be added and proposed sidewalks will include brick inlay.
