The first 6MW phase is expected to launch in December 2026, with the remaining 26MW coming online in stages through September 2027. Goodman acquired the site in 2023, broke ground in March 2025, and topped out the building in September 2025. DataBank will operate the facility, which is designed to serve hyperscale, AI, and enterprise customers. |
