"The Pink Padel 2, an intrinsic descendant of the original and previous ""Pink Padel - padel turns pink"" project, represents its natural development. A) The premises and the starting point of the project: a group of women who have distinguished themselves in the Pink Padel for having achieved successful goals in sport, study, work and society, thanks to the growth of their determination, tenacity, ambition and self-esteem due to the sport of padel which has contributed significantly to enhancing the awareness of one's talent and abilities and self-awareness as individuals and as part of a team. B) The objectives of the project: 1) Develop and enhance the results achieved with the Pink Padel (psycho-physical well-being, leadership skills and self-esteem, the progressive improvement of knowledge and awareness of one's own body identity, the care of one's person, feeling good about oneself and with others, inclusion, aggregation, contrasting disparity, socialization). 2) Support new participants in achieving as many ambitious and successful targets thanks to the supervision and help provided by the leading group of excellences born with the Pink Padel, who will play a central and predominant role in advising, monitoring and guiding newcomers to which will represent the model of reference and inspiration. c) The tools for achieving the objectives: 1) the practice of padel, lessons, tournaments, courses 2) moments of aggregation and socialization 3) social events and transnational meetings "
