Description | The Project will provide the community and surrounding area with safe, accessible trails. A multi-use pathway of approximately 2.5 kilometres will connect to the existing sidewalk infrastructure to form an estimated 5 kilometre loop around the Town of Leader. Along the pathway there will also be benches, lights, and signage and trail markers installed. In collaboration with the Regional Municipality of Happyland.the largest section of trail located along the North Road Allowance will be completed. The project will provide added safety, accessibility, increased tourism, and business growth, all while providing residents with an option for active transportation. |
