"The partners have been welcoming young volunteers for a long time and have been confronted with various difficult situations such as the lack of initiative of the volunteer or of specific skills to carry out the tasks and to manage situations of conflict and stress. NGOs sometimes lack a training strategy and preparation of young people for their mission, which leads to problems of adaptation of the volunteer which impact his motivation and therefore the impact of his activity in the host community, particularly for the young people with fewer opportunities/specific needs who need personalized support. E-learning is an effective additional means of providing training and support adapted to volunteers. For these reasons, we have created a learning platform (www.learn2volunteer.com) integrating useful educational content to carry out their missions. With the ""Learn2Volunteer Reloaded"" project, we want to improve it and continue to meet the needs of volunteers with new innovative educational tools, following the priorities of the European Solidarity Corps program. Our goals : - Identify the changing needs of actors in the solidarity action of young people to modernize tools for training, tutoring and dissemination. - Promote innovative online teaching methods and tools adapted to the varied needs of young volunteers to improve their key skills and strengthen the impact of their activities. - Provide continuous and personalized support to volunteers, especially with fewer opportunities, through innovative training tools and remote tutoring. - Facilitate exchanges between young people and those involved in volunteering projects and allow wide dissemination of their activities. - Enable youth workers in volunteering projects to exchange good practices and develop mentoring skills."
