Description | Afrison Pty Ltd completed and launched a new LED stadium lighting system at Loftus Versfeld, replacing all 272 stadium floodlights with Afrison-manufactured LED luminaires. The upgrade increased lighting performance from approximately 1,300 lux to 2,000 lux, improved energy efficiency, operational flexibility, and broadcast quality. The installation was completed in less than two months and includes an intelligent lighting control system and colour show-lighting capability. A 20-year lease and service agreement for ongoing maintenance and technical support is part of the project. |
