Description

Description

The chiller at the legislative assembly has reach the end of its useful life. The chiller system is required to maintain climate conditions inside the building to meet ASHRAE Covid-19 recommendations to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. Should the chiller fail and not operate the building environmental conditions will not be able to be maintained. These conditions can lead to the spread of Covid-19. Without an operational chiller the interior environment can not be maintained within acceptable guidelines requiring people to not vacate the building. Many of the building occupants are required to work inside this building during lockdown and or increased restrictions.
