The building will be the first LEED Platinum and Zero Carbon life science building in Boston, featuring high-performance envelope design, heat pump technologies, and rooftop photovoltaics for renewable energy. The development also includes a custom laboratory for the Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute to train biomanufacturing technicians. |
