Lenox Hill Hospital Expansion

approved

The project involves the expansion and modernization of Northwell Health's Lenox Hill Hospital, including transforming all patient rooms into single-bed rooms, updating operating rooms, and adding a new center for labor and delivery patients. The plan also includes creating an ambulance bay within the building's footprint to reduce street traffic and a community benefits package with investments in the local subway station and neighborhood beautification.
