"PAN CINEMA is honored to present a slate of 4 live-action feature films reflecting the company's core objectives : building a family of authors made of diverse profiles, developing new international collaborations and exploring new genres. In this regard, we are glad to include four very distinct projects by authors coming from a variety of backgrounds. ""Les Grandes Décisions"" is the third feature film of acclaimed director and cartoonist Riad Sattouf and will star the iconic humoristic french trio Les Inconnus. This comedy will be the opportunity for PAN CINEMA to reunite the trio after our last collaboration on ""Les Trois Frères : Le Retour"" (2014). Co-written with Jean-François Hugel ""Sound of Silence"" is Joyce Nashawati's second feature film after ""Blind Sun"" (2015). This French-Greek coproduction shot in Greece will be PAN's first horror film. ""Mammad"", a poetical and radical ode dedicated to the Tehran youth will be the first picture by emerging Iranian filmmaker Saleh Kashefi. Coproduced by PAN CINEMA and Road River Films (Germany), this debut will be shot in Iran with the support of Houman Seyyedi. ""Dans le Jardin de l'Ogre"" the third feature of director and actress Hafsia Herzi will be an adaptation of the eponymous novel by Leila Slimani. This will be the second adaptation of the multi awarded novelist for PAN after ""Perfect Nanny"" (2019) by Lucie Borleteau coproduced with Why Not Productions."
