The project includes the development and upgrade of l’Esplanade du palais du peuple, which include among others, the following:development of a 5-star hotel with a total of 141 rooms, including 93 standard rooms, 45 deluxe rooms and 3 VIP suitesdevelopment of the AGGT building and l’Hôtel de ville de Kinshasadevelopment of a mall with a total of 135 stores and 6 landscaped officesmodernization of the 1460-seat grandstanddevelopment of a car park for 210 carsThe preferred bidder will be responsible for the construction, finance, operation and maintenance of the facilities during the 20-year concession period.
