Nowadays, democracy and values like peace and equality which are strongly linked to it, face many challenges, in the world and in everyday life. in Aix-les-Bains, the students of the high school Marlioz are sometimes split between feelings of anxiety and powerlessness when confronted with the many crises in Europe and in the world. We can help them to become activists of their age and future by creating projects to show there are solutions for a better world and to live better together! It’s possible by helping them to understand works of art with a political message, master rhetorical skills to affirm their point of view to change the present to help us to campaign for the EU and the values it defends. We will help students to have news knowledge and competences with 3 kinds of production : a virtual museum about the struggle for democracy in the arts, a debate about the equality between men and women in Europe and podcast about the EU to help young people to better know how EU help democracy in their everyday life.
