LGE India Solar Power Purchase Agreements

LG Electronics India has signed 25-year solar power purchase agreements with Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited and Sunsure Energy to source renewable energy for its manufacturing facilities in Pune and Greater Noida. The agreements involve a 9.80 MWp PPA with HREPL for the Pune facility and an 11 MWp PPA with Sunsure Energy for the Greater Noida plant, sourcing approximately 3.21 crore units of renewable energy annually and reducing CO2 emissions by around 0.61 million metric tonnes over the project lifetime. The renewable energy will be supplied from HREPL's 27.7 MWp solar plant in Nanded and Sunsure Energy's 82.5 MWp solar facility in Erach.
