The project entails the construction of two new waterworks, namely the newly built Yuanshui Town Heshui Water Plant and the newly built Zhongxin Town Minghu Water Plant; 10 township water plant expansion, renovation and expansion projects, respectively, the Zhongxin Town Water Supply Reconstruction Project, Triangle town tap water expansion project, expansion of Dahu town water supply plant, expansion of embroidered satin town water supply plant, expansion of Shantou town water supply plant, expansion of Neiwan town water supply plant, expansion of Tianyuan town water supply plant, expansion of Shangping town water supply plant, expansion of Xishan Town waterworks, expansion of Longjie Town Waterworks. SPV is Lianping County Zhongsheng Water Development Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsor China Nuclear Construction Group Fourth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (90 %) and the government company Lianping County Shengcai City Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. (10 %) .Total project cost is $ 36.62 million. The BOT concession has a duration of 17 years.
