Description

Liaoning Anshan Municipal Sludge Disposal Project Phase I is located in Liaoning province, China. The project will construct a new sludge disposal plant with a daily treatment capacity of 500 tonnes, a sludge treatment workshop, and a set of ancillary infrastructure facilities such as water supply and drainage facilities, and electrical networks. The project is mainly responsible for treating sludge with a water content of 80% produced from waste water treatment plants across Anshan City. Phase I will be implemented by a project company, which will be wholly owned by Everbright Water, based on a BOT model, for a concession period of 30 years (including the construction period).
