Description | The project involves the investment, construction and operation on a ROT (Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer) model of the Liaoning Dalian Pulandian Reusable Water Plant, located in Pulandian District, Liaoning province, China. The plant has a designed daily reusable water supply capacity of 40,000 m3. Its discharged water will be used for water replenishment for rivers within the Pulandian District and for recycling and reuse by industrial The sponsor is China Everbright Water Ltd and it will operate the plant for a a concession period of 20 years. The project cost is CNY 105.7 million ($ 15.4 million), which includes transfer price for the project of approximately CNY 84.57 million ($ 12.3 million), and the upgrading work of approximately CNY 21.13 million ($ 3.1 million).
