Description	The project involves the construction of Liaoning Waste-to-energy plant, located in Liaoyang City, Liaoning province of China. The project has a designed daily waste processing capacity of 1,200 tonnes (438,000 tonnes/year). Phase I will be equipped with two 600 tonnes/day mechanical grate furnaces and one 25 MW steam turbine power generator. The project is expected to generate approximately 151 million kWh of green electricity per year. The sponsor China Everbright international Ltd signed a concession agreement for 30 years, including the construction. The project cost is approximately CNY 812 million or $ 118.05 million.
