Description

Description	In January 2011, a local private company, TianYing S.T Group signed an agreement with the Liaoyuan Municipal Government to solely finance, build, own and operate (BOO) a solid waste power plant in Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province. The total investment is RMB 320 million. The first phase of the plant can process 800 tons of solid waste per day (final solid waste treatment capacity: 1,200 tons per day) and has an electricity generation capacity of 15MW (final electricity generation capacity: 24MW). Construction commenced on September 22. By the end of September 2011, RMB 60 million has been expended on the project. Tianying has a 100% stake in the project.
