Description

Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project II (IPFMRP II) is designed to strengthen the capacity of key public institutions engaged in public financial management in Liberia. The proposed IPFMRP II will build on IPFMRP Phase I and pave the way for deeper implementation of the PFM reform agenda through 2020. The project will help to consolidate the gains achieved from the previous institutionnal support programs and will strengthen the capacity of institutions that promote governance, accountability, and transparency, with an added focus on domestic resource mobilization in the natural resource sector.This project has three components: (i) strengthening transparency and accountability in public financial management; (ii) enhancing domestic revenue mobilization from the natural resource sector; and (iii) project management. It will be implemented over 36 months (January 2017 – December 2019) and cost UA 6.26 million.
