The projects include agreements with Vantage Data Centers for at least 1 gigawatt of utility-scale power, with 400 megawatts reserved for delivery in 2027, and a preliminary ESA for 330 megawatts with another developer in Texas, expected to begin operations in phases in Q4 2027 and Q2 2028. The projects use Liberty's Forte modular standardized construction approach and Tempo power quality system, targeting unlevered returns in the high teens with typical project costs around $1 million per megawatt for generation equipment and $1.5 to $1.6 million including balance of plant. |
