Description | The City of Vancouver Central Library Branch has been in operation for more than 25 years. The current cooling systems are operating beyond their useful life. The City wants to increase the Library’s energy efficiency and reduce the GHG emissions that the Library produces. This objective can be achieved through the replacement of the current cooling systems. Improving the energy efficiency of the Library will reduce operating costs. The savings in operating costs will benefit the large number of Library users in terms of the quality and range of services that the Library can provide and the level of comfort during their visit to the Library. |
