Description | LIDO Asbury Park is an eight-story residential complex located at 1201 Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The 130-foot-tall building will contain 112 condominium units with one- to four-bedroom layouts, panoramic ocean views, and luxury interior finishes. The project includes 270 on-site parking spaces and 9,340 square feet of ground-floor retail space divided into two storefronts. Exterior amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, private cabanas, plunge pools, an outdoor dining suite, sculpture garden, and a private green park. Interior amenities feature a Turkish hammam, sauna, fitness center, library lounge, coworking suite, game room, screening room, pet spa, and children's playroom. The project is designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, with interior design by Clodagh Design and landscaping by Melillo Bauer Carman. The development is by Inspired by Somerset Development and sales are handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The anticipated completion is in 2027. |
