The focus of this project is on food, healthy lifestyles and nutrition, which are closely related to sustainability issues, especially in agriculture and renewable energy production. In addition, the project deepens the Bavarian-Czech partnership and facilitates intercultural exchange between pupils from the respective partner schools, thereby increasing cross-border integration in the Bavarian-Czech border area. The students of the partner schools spend the first half of the week in the Czech Republic, the second in Bavaria. Both the duration and intensity of the activities are distributed evenly. Thus, the project strengthens awareness of the common functional space. 10 five-day working meetings (400 pupils in total, 20 students from CZ and 20 pupils from BY) and 2 two-day evaluation meetings (min. 30 % of the students from the previous meetings) will be held in rhythm 5-1-5-1. This ensures both sustainability and effectiveness of the project. As the project is geared towards partner schools, added value is achieved: their collaboration — including with the help of modern technologies — is becoming more intensive and effective. The target group consists of pupils in upper secondary education at the age of 12 to 20 years. The program and the requirements are always adapted to the age of the participants and the school type. Objectives of the project: Elimination of barriers to intercultural exchange, support for cooperation and cohesion between partner schools and thereby overcoming the boundaries in the minds.Improving coordination between partner schools using modern technologies and thereby strengthening their belonging. Break the language barrier and thus increase the integration of the individual participants into the common functional space. Through the joint topic editing, the participants naturally create the need to communicate with each other. Pupils will be aware of the applicability of language skills in real life, as well as the tangible benefits of active foreign language skills 18. 12.
