Description | The overall goal of the Flemish NCAL-project 2026-2027 is to boost adult learning in the Flemish Community to ensure that all adults can acquire the skills they need for their current or future jobs, regardless of their current position in the labour market, as well as the skills they need to participate fully in society. To achieve this goal the project will support the implementation of the actions of the 2025 Union of Skills Communication and other EU initiatives with an adult learning dimension. The general objective of the European agenda for adult learning for the period 2021-30 (60% of learning adults in 2030) will continue to be our guiding compass. The specific objectives are in line with the objectives stipulated in the invitation. • Exchange of good basic skills practices • Support to the organisation of Flemish Literacy Week • Support to the organisation of a LLL event • Follow-up microcredentials initiative • Inform about EU-policies on the Lang Leven Leren website • Raise awareness and share knowledge about Pact for Skills and Centres of Vocational Excellence • Cooperate in a joint PLA with a cluster of NCALs • Join a study visit about Pact for Skills • Continuously feed and update the Lang Leven Leren website • Share content and good practices via EPALE, newsletters, LinkedIn and stakeholders’ channels • Participate in EU meetings. • Provide communication materials and stand about LLL The output of these activities will result in the following deliverables: • 4 online magazines about the following themes: basic skills, Pact for Skills, Centres of Vocational Excellence, international innovative learning places good practices. • An updated NCAL LLL website • A literacy awareness campaign • A dedicated page on LLL website about EU LLL policies • Participation in study visit(s) • Inserts via stakeholders’ channels • Participation in EU meetings • An informative stand about LLL, EU LLL policies and communication materials and stand about LLL. |
