Lighthouse Point Phase One is a mixed-use development at 5 Bay Street in St. George, Staten Island. The project includes 115 residential units, 60,000 square feet of commercial space, and 274 parking spaces. It is located on a historically significant site that was once home to the U.S. Lighthouse Service General Depot. The development features amenities such as a harbor-view terrace, rooftop lounge, and fitness center, and commercial tenants include the College of Staten Island Tech Incubator, The Learning Experience childcare center, and Club Pilates. The site underwent extensive remediation and preservation work due to its prior use as a lighthouse depot. The project is adjacent to the St. George Ferry Terminal, providing direct access to Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry.
