Description	In May 2015, a local private company Lingzhi Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. signed a Public Private Partnership agreement with the Duqiao Town Government to finance, build and operate the Nanyang No. 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II in Linhai City, Zhejiang Province. The total investment for the first phase was US$ 12.04 million (RMB 80 million) and Lingzhi had a 100% stake in the project. The design capacity of the first phase of the plant was 25000 tons per day. Construction commenced in April 2016. The concession term was 20 years.
