Description | Southbound Interstate 75 will be closed through Downtown Cincinnati this weekend as part of the Linn Street Bridge replacement project. The closure will allow crews to demolish the Linn Street overpass. The closure begins at 11 p.m. Friday at the Freeman Avenue exit and will remain in place until 5 a.m. Monday. During that time, all lanes of I-75 South will be shut down, along with several entrance ramps, including those from the Western Hills Viaduct and Western Avenue. Through traffic will be detoured via State Route 562, the Norwood Lateral, to I-71 South. Local traffic will be maintained between the Norwood Lateral and Freeman Avenue, but no signed detours will be provided on local streets. |
