The Group also operates data centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Nairobi, Harare and Kigali, with a combined potential 19,000 square metres of rack space and 74 MW of power.The transaction comprises of a US$90 million equity investment to help company expand its data centre business. The investment would enable the Company to undertake it’s planned capital expenditure program over next few years to continue be the leading player supporting the digitization of Africa.
